Welcome to Scott’s Country Kitchen!
Registration is required for the forums, and the process is very simple. However, this does make it a bit easier for spammers to register, then post junk on the site.
As the site owner, I have the responsibility to make sure that this type of practice is not permitted. As a result, I actively monitor the memberships, and if I suspect that the registration is not of a type I feel is appropriate, I will delete it. Some of the things I look for are:
– Nonsense email addresses
– Registrations that are not confirmed within 24 hours
– Failing to respond to an email query regarding user authenticity within 24 hours.
All of these are at my discretion, and I heartily welcome any one who’s registration was suspended or deleted to contact me by email at scott@ScottCountyKitchen.ca to discuss.Thanks!
