I have a good selection of knives, some of which I use more than others.  I very much like the Wusthof Grand Prix knives, they are my ‘go-to’ knives.  the Victorianox 8″ was the first chefs knife I ever owned, and is a great knife for the price.  It is a favorite in both home and professional kitchens alike.  It does need sharpening a bit more often than the Wusthof knives do.
